Stress Reduction Audio Refund Policy
Dear Visitor, if you are just browsing, please make sure to read the disclaimer before purchasing or using any of our products. The refund policy covers all of our audio based products.
These are files that we have recorded and produced under the "Let-me sleep-on-it" Label.
The refund policy is very simple and straightforward. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our audio based products or downloadable files sold as downloadable MP3 audio files we will cheerfully refund the money you paid, no questions asked.
In order to lodge a claim for refund, please do the following:
1. Delete all the audio based files you purchased.
2. Send an e-mail to andrea@let-me-sleep-on-it.com stating that:
you are unhappy with the audio based or associated product you purchased. Feedback on my audio based products is highly desirable but not necessary. We would greatly appreciate it if you could let us know why you are unhappy, this feedback will greatly help us produce an even better quality audio based product.
3. That you have deleted the files and that you are no longer in possession of the recordings
4. Attach to the E-mail a copy of the receipt you received from Pay Pal, if you paid by cash or credit card, include the receipt we gave you. Please include the date of the purchase order and your details.
5. Include your Pay Pal account name for example maryXXX@paypal.com We will pay your refund directly into you Pay Pal account.
