WEIGHT LOSS

I was somewhat uncertain about how change could be effected by listening to a CD. 
As instructed I have religiously played these CD’s every night and have found that
my craving for junk food and soft drinks has greatly diminished. I have started
a regime of exercise and to my surprise I have begun to crave healthy foods like
salads and lean meat. My mindset seems to have changed and my attitude to my body
